Moira Hanley Nieman, PA-C
Moira Hanley-Nieman is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant. Moira joined LMG over 14 years ago working in Internal Medicine. She joined LMG Cornwall Primary & Urgent Care in 2022. Moira received her undergraduate from Alderson-Broaddus College. She has experience working in different fields of medicine such as urgent care, trauma, and primary care. Moira takes pride in connecting with her patients, listening to their complaints and customizing individual treatment plans. Moira loves spending weekends watching sports with her husband. Go Steelers! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also has a passion for gardening, traveling, and anything Irish.
Anne Marie Craig, FNP-BC
Anne Marie Craig is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined LMG in October 2022. She graduated from James Madison University with her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2014 and has been practicing at a Family Medicine practice in Ashburn for the past 8 years. Anne Marie practiced as a registered nurse in Women’s Health for 18 years before returning to school to become a nurse practitioner. She enjoys being able to connect with patients and include them in creating their individual treatment plans.
In her free time, Anne Marie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling the world.
Kaie Manor, FNP-BC
Kaie Manor is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in healthcare. She joined LMG in March 2025. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a critical care nurse specializing in trauma services, with extensive experience in both emergency medicine and intensive care.
She completed undergraduate coursework at Northeastern University in 2002, holds a Master’s in Nursing Education, and earned her post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South College. She is passionate about preventative care and empowering patients through education and individualized treatment planning.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting historical sites with her husband and two daughters. She is also a published author who enjoys writing whenever inspiration strikes.
Emily Melo, FNP-BC
Emily Melo is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in August 2023 from George Washington University. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner Emily was a Registered Nurse in the emergency department serving the community of Loudoun County. She also has a degree in biology with a concentration in neuroscience. She also was an EMT-Paramedic prior to becoming a nurse. Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. They enjoy traveling and watching movies together.
Regan Houston, PA
As a dedicated Physician Assistant born and raised in Northern Virginia, Regan brings a wealth of experience and passion for healthcare to her practice. Her journey began at College of William and Mary, where she studied Human Movement and Health, earning a degree in Kinesiology.
Driven by a profound desire to make a tangible impact in healthcare, Regan pursued Advanced Education at Alderson Broaddus PA School, refining her clinical skills and cultivating a deeper understanding of patient care.
Now, nestled in the heart of Leesburg, Virginia, Regan is honored to serve as a trusted healthcare provider. When not tending to patients, she cherishes precious moments with her growing family – her devoted husband, delightful newborn, and our extended family. Regan also enjoys spending time outside, playing with her three mini dachshunds and traveling.
